How mercedes used social wall to relay the c-class world launch to its hyderabad customers
As part of the worldwide launch of its C-Class, the Mercedes showroom in Madhapur, Hyderabad invited all its erstwhile customers for the launch event. GoKapture put into effect a live Social Wall right at the reception wherein videos and photos of the launch from across the world kept appearing on the screen soon as they were being posted online.
The hashtag tracking of our system kept the social wall live at all times relaying UGC for the event from across the world. 40 people were part of this exclusive launch in Hyderabad and 20 hashtags were registered. The Social Wall provided an unusually unique fillip to the event, much in consonance with the brand’s persona, which is essentially upmarket and elite, catering to a niche audience.
