For the client company’s vibrant Family Day celebration, called TARANG 2026, GoKapture was called to the stage to help design a fun, interactive and memorable event experience for an attendance of over 2,000 employees and associates in Bengaluru.

The annual Family Day event is clearly a highlight for the company, a widely anticipated celebration brimming with excitement. The challenge presented to our team was to meet the colossal expectations of a huge and diverse audience with meaningful engagement pathways. The goal was to design an interactive branded experience that would embody the verve of the occasion and channel the energy towards highlighting the company culture.

To begin with, we decided to map the occasion on an interactive event wall. The task was assigned to our Digital Slingshot in Bengaluru, which, as a central installation at the venue, drew everyone’s attention. The digital slingshot makes for an exciting activity in the form of an interactive display that also functions as a real-time event archive. Guests were invited to share their selfies with heartfelt messages that were then showcased live on a large screen. Four wooden slingshots were distributed to allow several attendees to participate simultaneously, each of which encased a tablet device to click the pictures, gather key information such as names and contact, and finally take the guests’ messages.

Complementing this focal engagement hub was our AI Photo Booth. For the occasion, our incredibly powerful and versatile AI Prompt Booth software was calibrated as an AI Action Figure Booth which, based on the event theme, created unique and personalised action figure-like portraits of every user. Embodying the pomp and glitter of the celebration, this photo booth in Bangalore transformed ordinary user pictures into action figures clad in the gear of traditional Indian royalty. Every action figure closely resembled the guests’ original features, blending authenticity with fun personalisation. The detailing stole the show, as not only were the action figures dressed in stunning noble outfits but they were also accompanied by accessories to match, such as miniature swords, headgear, etc.
