This April heralded a joyous new financial year for Aptiv, as the company turned twenty five and unleashed a hearty celebration of its success in India.
To mark this milestone event with a celebration that would ring in people’s memories for days, the organizers collaborated with GoKapture to ensure no stone was left unturned in crafting a unique branded experience that would:
- Revitalize the brand’s image as staying abreast of the latest trends and commanding steady attention
- Generate immense buzz and engage partners and employees meaningfully
Empowered by their trust in us and an experimental spirit, our team set the stage for a day of absolute fun and frolicking with interactive games in Bangalore. Crafted especially for this occasion, we debuted our latest- a neuro-sensor-based Car Racing game that proved an instant hit with the crowd. The game lent a touch of novelty, exciting participation and evoking curiosity.

Complementing the racing game were our other IoT-based interactive games, namely the Cycling Activity and Batak Pro. The IoT-powered Cycling or Paddle to Race was a thrilling activity customised for six players to compete simultaneously, with due adjustments made to cater to the scale of the event. The activity was truly the life of the party, drawing massive crowds of participants and onlookers alike, cheering on and securing wins. The third game in our array of engaging activities was the reflex-testing Batak Pro, a simple yet powerful branded setup that garners wide adoration.
Next up, to make sure that we had the event’s highlights duly covered and smiles treasured, we installed an AI Photobooth and a Giant Selfie Stick to help guests make the most of their moments. The AI Photobooth, to reflect the brand’s automotive technology specialization, was programmed to house several vibrant car racing and luxury car-themed transformations that had every guest posing like a pro rider.
In addition, we also designed a Giant Selfie Stick-led booth to build hype and command the crowd to create the most stunning of memories.

Lastly, a grand memento was installed to be made in real time by the attendees themselves. This was our physical Photo Mosaic Wall that turned a picture-clicking session into a memorable team activity- every smile, every capture helped unveil the special twenty-fifth year commemorative mosaic for a grand finish.
