Photo Mosaic Wall in Bengaluru Fuels Employee Engagement
An annual company town hall gathering on June 2, 2026, launched an immersive employee engagement experience with the star combination of our AI Photo Booth and Photo Mosaic Wall in Bengaluru.
The organizers of the event wished to combine entertainment with value. GoKapture was sought to power the occasion with its event tech expertise that would design an interactive employee journey, from photobooth to memories, while highlighting the company, increasing participation and fostering a sense of community with a lively showcase of the company culture.
The challenge faced by our team was to realize this agenda within a limited office space, making the best use of it, and yet not hindering daily functioning. To transform an everyday office into a vibrant engagement space, we combined two interactive experiences: a live Photo Mosaic Wall and an AI Photo Booth. The result was an immersive employee journey from start to finish.
The Photo Mosaic served as a dynamic visual centerpiece throughout the day. As employees participated, each photo they captured was automatically added to the digital mosaic, gradually revealing a larger commemorative image. Watching hundreds of individual photographs come together into a single masterpiece became a shared experience that reflected the collective spirit of the organization.

Complementing this was the AI Photo Booth in Bengaluru, a customized version of which provided an instant caricature booth experience. Instead of standard event photographs, attendees received playful, AI-generated caricature portraits based on their photos. The experience quickly became a crowd favourite, with employees enthusiastically returning alongside teammates and managers to create individual and group caricatures that they could instantly download, print, and share.
